I am certain

Todays tribute goes out the the Ellsworth family.

One year ago today their sweet father/husband and fabulous son were killed in a tragic plane accident. Just being a friend of the family, I cannot imagine what the year has been like for each of them. Lansing left behind his dear wife, my dear friend, LynAnn, and three children: Marie and her family, Chris (Elder Ellsworth, serving a mission in Japan) and Hannah. Dallin left behind his sweet pregnant wife Kamber and soon to be born son Porter,

his amazing mom, sisters Marie & Hannah, and brother Chris.

The memories and experiences we have had with their family are forever etched in our hearts. How blessed we are to have known two such fine men. They were examples of Christ-like love and service where ever they went. They were positive, uplifting and spiritual. They were also funny and brought much joy into the lives of others. Each of us who have known any one of the Ellsworths knows what an amazing family they are.

Sometimes it seems like the past year has flown by, and other times it seems like we were just attending their funeral. While we will forever miss their smiling faces, the goodness they brought into the lives of others, and the love the possessed, we know this for sure:

We will all have the honor and privilege of seeing and hugging both Lansing and Dallin again.
