Just a little Thanksgiving fun

This Thanksgiving brought together old and new traditions.
Thanksgiving just wouldn't be right without our annual "thankful tree" poster.

After spending the last 6 years here in Southern Utah for Thanksgiving due to
club soccer tournaments, we were finally free (thank you high school soccer!) to
travel. So we headed up to Grandma Calls house for a long weekend. It was great
to see her new house, play games, cuddle Ellie, see cousins/family, eat and eat!
Great grandmas house is best! Candy jars!!!

{late night in-bed Christmas shopping on line was the only Black Friday shopping we did!}

....trying to be serious in this one:

We met the Zurchers at Temple Square. It was super crowded, but also super beautiful!

We enjoyed a late night dinner at Paradise Bakery. Mmmm, it hit the spot!
Saturday we spent the day putting up Grandma's Christmas decorations. It was a lot of fun.
We played games for awhile and then it was time to head home.
We hit up Jimmy Johns on the way out of town and then hit the road.
It was fun to be there for Thanksgiving!
