About this video
"Thousands of members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints continue to volunteer to assist in the recovery efforts within these communities. On Sunday, November 11th, thousands of Mormons cancelled their church services and arrived by air, bus and train from all across the country to help. Please share this video with any friends and family that might be able to help the areas affected by Hurricane Sandy. Not only at the Rockaways, but Staten Island, Long Island, and New Jersey. The church is coordinating the efforts, but anyone (both Mormon and non Mormon) is welcome to come and help. For more information about this and other ongoing efforts please visit:https://www.facebook.com/groups/mormonhelpinghandsnyc/https://www.lds.org/topics/humanitarian-service/helping-handshttp://mormon.org If you would like to hire me or say hi, please visit my website http://joshuabrownphotography.com or Follow me on facebook athttp://facebook.com/jbrownphoto

Live as the Savior would. Help. Serve. Love. Cry with and for others. When the going get's tough, the tough get going. Thank you to all those who love, help, serve, give, without ever a thought of themselves. I am so thankful for a loving Father in Heaven and for his son Jesus Christ. I am so thankful for the gospel in action.
I am so thankful our son has chosen to serve a full time mission for our Heavenly Father to teach others about our brother Jesus Christ. I am so thankful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and for all that I am because of it. I will always be eternally grateful for the two missionaries from Idaho and Arizona who taught me the gospel of Jesus Christ. The gospel of peace, unconditional love, understanding, truth, respect, and eternal life. Although I will miss our sweet son for two years, the gift of the gospel and the service he will be able to render to those where ever he will be called to will be priceless!
I am a Mormon, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know it. I live it. I love it.
